Important Announcements and Information

Welcome

This is my eighth year teaching English at Horn Lake High School. Go Eagles!

It is my pleasure and privilege to be teaching English II, Accelerated English II and PSAT. The success of my students is my number one priority and I will strive daily to contribute a lifelong investment in their lives during our time together.

After-school group tutoring is provided in my English classroom on a weekly basis. Individual tutoring appointments can also be arranged; please confirm with me at least twenty-four hours in advance. If parents or guardians would like to discuss anything related to our English class, please let me know and we can schedule a meeting, either in-person or virtual.

Reminders, announcements and other classroom related information will be sent out regularly through Schoology. I will also be sharing information via School Status and Remind. For any questions or concerns you have throughout the semester, please contact me anytime by clicking the contact link above.

Together we can achieve greatness!

About the Teacher

I am originally from Canada and moved to this region back in 2014. My hometown is Windsor, Ontario, which is just south across the river from Detroit, Michigan. (Yes, you read that correctly; one must drive north from Canada to get to the United States where I come from!) I love teaching at Horn Lake High School and am happy to be living in northwest Mississippi!
