The key to Algebra is to keep trying! Mistakes in math are normal and can be learned from. 

Educational Background: I graduated from the University of Mississippi with a bachelors in mathematics, education, and psychology in 2015. I just recently (September 2019) completed my Master's degree in American History at the Southern New Hampshire University. I believe in being well rounded in my own education to better assist those around me.

This year marks my fifth year teaching at Horn Lake High School. Although I am not a native to Mississippi, I have called it home for more than a decade. I have been happily married for over six years and we welcomed our baby girl into the world April 17, 2020.

Teaching is a passion for me, something I have spent most of my life wanting to do. Education is the fundamental backbone of our nation and I am grateful for the opportunity to work with our youth. I believe in creating a positive, safe environment for our students and encourage acceptance and open-mindedness when it comes to classroom culture.
