I hope everyone is staying safe during these uncertain times. Don't forget to wash your hands frequently for at least 20 seconds. Also, remember to try to stay somewhat active during this quarantine while also using an abundance of caution. Going for a solitary run outside (while maintaining a 6 foot safety barrier/distance from others) or doing some push-ups and/or sit-ups inside are safe ways to stay active and healthy.
